This week’s snapshot:

What’s New:

  • Orders come in over time and have their own individual timers
  • Orders can be completed by placing them in the drop off area
  • The drink item can be created

Challenges:

Not a whole lot honestly. I’m really enjoying working in Unreal, so leaning new features or workflows is really fun. I also get to use my C++ experience in a game setting, since most of my game programming knowledge comes from C# and object oriented architectures.

What’s Next:

  • 3 more food types are added (Fries, Hot Dog, and Milkshake)
  • Orders must be brought to a specific table instead of one order area
  • A timer for the entire day is working
